Since day one of All My Friends Childcare in July 2006, our mission has remained the same: that we will consistently offer a service that parents feel confident to trust to provide everything their child needs when they cannot be there to do so themselves.
To keep us focused on achieving this day-to-day, we have three core values that underpin everything we do:

1. Learning culture
Everyone is encouraged and supported to develop to their full potential and become the best they can be: children, staff and children’s families.
This core value encompasses our activity programme (our intent, how we implement it and how we evaluate its success with the children and their families), our care routines, staff training and development, role descriptions, supervisions and appraisals.
2. Friendship and Community
All My Friends Clubs are welcoming places of friendship. They are vibrant, collaborative, happy places for those who work and play there.
Children, their families and staff will find empathy and support.
3. Culture of respect
We always aim to be kind, open and respectful in our approach to children and adults in our Clubs and have high expectations of reciprocal treatment.
We have a pragmatic approach to making the best of the resources we have for the benefit of the children and their families and expect practitioners to model this respect and help the children to learn how to and the importance of caring for their environment.

Ultimately, our aim is to operate a thriving, authentic, sustainable childcare business for the benefit of all who attend and make their living here, and we believe that keeping our core values at the heart of everything we do will enable us to achieve these objectives.
